I am happy to offer my services as a personal clinical nutritionist to help guide you, motivate you, and educate you. I will also make sure that you don’t damage your body with today’s assortment of lame health fads in the process like so many try to do relying on poor advice from friends and family, or some of their local health food stores. Even well meaning people say the wrong thing or pass on information they believe is correct. Get it from a source that decreases your risk of that happening as much as possible! Don’t risk harming your body…call me today!

I will offer you a very interdisciplinary and comprehensive approach to obtain your goals.

  • Initial Consult and Analysis

Before I design a program, I must take into account your current lifestyle and eating habits. I will analyze your goals and nutritional needs. I will then develop a plan that best meets your unique needs.

  • Implementation

Our second meeting will be exclusively focused on implementation. This time is used to tweak your goals, triage what may be too much, or increase what may be to little based on what you can commit to. I can make this step you wish to take with your life be as aggressive and hard core or mellow as you like. It will all depend on what you can commit to for a given period of time, and the realism of your desired results within that given amount of time.

  • Specific Concerns or Issues

I can also develop a plan to address any specific health issues or concerns that you have. I can design a plan that can help alleviate or reverse the affects of many ailments. We can also discuss how to use nutrition to prevent many common ailments. We will evaluate any family history and environmental concerns as well.

I can help you address health concerns such as heart disease, diabetes, digestive disorders, skin problems, eyesight, vitality, obesity, and many other issues. It is amazing what can be done with very simple steps.

  • Behavioural Goals

Coming from a behavioral background we can incorporate numerous behavioral methodologies into your treatment as needed if so desired. Meditation, behavioral modification, breathing exercises, and several other unique steps can be included in your workup.

  • Grocery Store Readiness

I can take you shopping and teach you how to make NUTRITIONALLY smart shopping decisions. You will be amazed how easy it is to buy the right things and how many great healthier choices are available when you know where to look.

  • Out and about

If desired I can accompany you to your favorite restaurants and help you get your sea legs and you get more nutritionally savvy. See how it easy it can be to eat healthy when dining out. You will be amazed how many choices you will have. You will learn how to look for warning signs on a menu, and distinguish between healthy sounding and actually healthy.

  • Monitoring Results

I do not conduct a one time assessment. That does not help you. I believe that continual monitoring will help us determine what is effective and what isn’t. Since your body is unique, I monitor how your body responds to the current plan, and continually modify as necessary. If you feel that the plan is too difficult to maintain, we will make adjustments as necessary. Each phase of your plan is geared to obtain a certain desired goal that you commit to within a specified period of time, usually over 30, 60, or 90 days.

  • Wellness and recovery

I will never work harder for you than you’re willing to work for yourself, but whatever you are willing to do, I’ll be right there to help you achieve your goals, and leave you empowered to do this without me in the process. Once you are a client of mine, you will always be considered a client. I am available for motivation, inspiration, and support . I will make time for you, whether by email, phone, or an in-person consultation. Additional consult time is billed at a prorated increments of 15 minutes.
